If I hide the scroll bar there is no horizontal scroll bar when there is content wider than the width of the screen. How can I scroll horizontally in this case?

The only other way to scroll horizontally is by using drag scrolling. With drag scrolling, you drag your stylus across the screen in the direction you want to scroll the content. The initial defaults have drag scrolling as the region action for all regions. To change the region settings, tap Region in the Options menu.
